"I mainly signed up for the fraud..."
I mainly signed up for the fraud protection, but the alerts didn’t really help much. They felt late, and by the time I got them, I was like… okay, cool, now what? The settings were kinda confusing too, which didn’t make things any better. For what it costs, I expected way more. Just wasn’t worth it for me.

"Payment keeps failing and something feels off"
I’ve tried paying a few times now and it keeps failing for no clear reason. It’s frustrating because everything looks fine on my end. I’m also starting to wonder if there are some extra fees or hidden charges causing the issue, since the payment amount doesn’t always feel totally clear. Overall, it just doesn’t feel very reliable.

"Score simulator felt like a waste of energy"
I mainly signed up for myFICO because I wanted to use the score simulator, but it didn’t help much. I tried plugging in a few different scenarios, and the results just felt off, so I ended up not knowing what to believe. It was frustrating because I spent all this time and energy messing with it and still didn’t feel any more informed. For what it costs, I expected a lot better.

"Login works only when it feels like it"
I don’t know what’s going on with this app, but I can’t log in about half the time even though I’m definitely using the right password. I usually try to check it in the morning while I’m having coffee, and it’ll just keep failing like I typed something wrong. Then later it might randomly work. Super frustrating.

I tried myfico because I wanted a clearer picture of my credit scores and didn’t want to rely on vague estimates, especially since I’m cautious about anything that could affect my finances. It definitely gives you a lot of useful info, and I appreciated the detail, but the site itself felt clunky and not very intuitive. For what it costs, I expected it to be easier to navigate and understand. I also didn’t find changing or canceling things as smooth as I’d like, which made me a little uncomfortable. Overall, it’s not a terrible service, but for me the value didn’t quite match the price or the hassle.

"Mortgage scores just weren’t there for me"
I paid for this thinking I’d be able to check my mortgage scores, but then found out they weren’t available the way I needed. It was just frustrating and didn’t feel worth it for me.

"I signed up thinking it would make me..."
I signed up thinking it would make me feel more secure, but i didn’t love how much personal information it asked for. And before anyone says “that’s normal for a credit site,” I get that, but the privacy details still felt confusing and not very upfront. I had to poke around way too much just to figure out the settings, which didn’t exactly make me feel better. For something dealing with credit, I expected clearer security info and easier controls. It just made me uneasy, so I stopped using it.

"I really just want to open the myfico..."
I really just want to open the myfico app, check my scores, and move on, but even that feels like too much to ask. It crashes, freezes, logs me out randomly, or just sits there refusing to load when I actually need to see something. Sometimes the scores finally show up after reopening it a few times, and sometimes they don’t show at all. For the price, I’d expect the basics to work without all this hassle. It’s frustrating.

Not saying it’s a scam, but the site definitely feels clunky and a little confusing to use. I had a hard time finding what I was looking for, and the whole experience just felt more frustrating than it should have.

"Didn’t really help me understand credit any better"
I signed up thinking the credit lessons would actually break things down in a way that made sense, but most of it felt basic. A lot of it was stuff I’ve already seen online for free, just repeated in a different way.
The score info is fine, but the education side didn’t really explain real-life situations or what steps I should take next. I ended up more unsure than when I started, and for the price, I expected a lot more. If it doesn’t get more useful soon, I’ll probably cancel and look for something else...

I had a problem with a charge and reached out to myFICO about getting a refund. There was a bit of back and forth, which wasn’t exactly ideal, but to their credit, they handled it faster than I expected. Not the smoothest process in the world, but it ended up being fair enough...

"Score updates are absolutely way too slow"
I swear the scores take forever to update. Every time I check, it feels like I’m looking at old info and just sitting there waiting for it to catch up. There is no way this should be happening this slowly.

"Recommendations didnt really help"
I got my reports back and the tips felt really basic. It was stuff like pay on time and keep your balances lower, which I already knew. For what I paid, I was expecting advice that felt more personal to my situation, not the same generic info you can find anywhere. It just wasnt very useful for me

I checked my credit report and honestly... the details were just not right at all!! My credit info was way off, and it was super frustrating to see stuff that didn’t match my actual history!!!

"Support was basically useless"
I reached out to myFICO with a billing question support was no help at all. They just kept sending the same canned, basic replies like they barely bothered to read what I wrote. It dragged on forever and I still didn’t get a real answer. Pathetic for a paid service, especially one that should know how to handle simple account questions. I expected a lot better.

I thought I knew what I was paying for, but then some charges showed up that weren’t really explained that well. Canceling was also more of a hassle than I expected, which was annoying. not too happy with the billing stuff overall.

"Sign up was way more annoying than they made it sound"
I tried signing up for myFICO because it seemed like it would be quick and straightforward, but it was way more annoying than it should’ve been. The pages were slow, and I kept getting asked to verify things without any clear explanation of what was actually wrong or what they needed from me.

What bothered me most is that it felt like they promised a simple sign-up process and then didn’t deliver. Maybe the service is fine once you finally get in, but the whole setup already made me not want to bother. Frustrating.

"Canceling Was More Annoying Than I Expected"
Canceling online took way longer than it should have. I thought it would just be a quick click or two, but... nope. Had to spend more time than expected figuring it out, which was frustrating.
